Yoga with
Ateeka. Ateeka calls her yoga “compassionate
vinyasa,” and that’s a perfect name. She has a warm, lovely spirit that I
think you’ll appreciate. I highly recommend her video, Yoga with Ateeka,
her 3-CD set, Divine Yoga Flow, and her relaxation CD, Bliss.
Available through amazon.com or yogawithateeka.com

of yoga. |
